Refund Policy

Where you bought something determines who refunds it. There are two routes, and only one of them is us.

Bought inside an iOS app

Apple is the merchant of record for every in-app purchase and subscription, which means Apple issues the refund, not us. We are not able to refund an App Store purchase even when we would like to.

Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. To stop a subscription renewing, cancel it in your device's subscription settings — cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the current period.

If Apple declines and you believe the charge was genuinely wrong, write to us. We cannot overturn Apple's decision, but we can look at what happened and, where we got something wrong, make it right another way.

Bought on one of our websites

Here we are the merchant, and the policy is ours:

• Within 14 days of purchase, we will refund in full on request. You do not need to give a reason.
• After 14 days, we will consider a refund where the product did not work, was materially misdescribed, or you were charged twice.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Downloadable study guides

Ebooks and study guides are covered by the same 14-day window. Having downloaded the file does not forfeit your refund — we would rather you had your money back than a book you cannot use.

How to ask

Email support@vishwenlabs.com with the email address used at checkout and roughly when you bought it. That is enough for us to find the order.

We reply within one working day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something has gone wrong

If a product is broken, tell us before asking for a refund if you can bear to — a bug we do not hear about is a bug we cannot fix. Either way, you still get your money back.
