These terms govern your use of the apps and websites operated by Vishwen Labs (OPC) Private Limited. By using one of our products you agree to them.

What we provide

We provide study and utility software. Some of it is free; some requires a one-time purchase or a subscription. Features differ between products, and the product page or store listing is the accurate description of what you are buying.

Study materials are preparation, not a guarantee

This matters, so it is stated plainly. Our exam and citizenship products are built from official published material and are maintained against it. They are preparation aids. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department, examining body, regulator or licensing authority.

We do not guarantee that you will pass any test, and we cannot promise that official material has not changed since our last update. Always check the current official source before relying on anything for a real application or examination.

Nothing in our products is legal, medical, financial or immigration advice.

Your account

Where a product offers an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our question banks, study notes or other content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent access controls.
• Do not use our products to break the law.

We may suspend access where these are breached. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will say so first.

Payment and renewal

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple under your App Store account, and renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple subscription settings. Purchases on our websites are billed by our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of tax where applicable.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Intellectual property

We own the software, design, and the original written material in our products. Official source material — statutes, handbooks, published syllabi — remains the property of its publisher; we reproduce or paraphrase it only as permitted.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Availability

We aim to keep our products working and up to date, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue a product; where a discontinued product was paid for, we will give reasonable notice and, where fair to do so, a pro-rata refund.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including an unsuccessful examination or application outcome.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you keep the rights given to you by the law of your country. Nothing in these terms reduces them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country, and its mandatory consumer protections continue to apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
