What is ChartPro?

ChartPro is an AI-powered chart analysis app for traders. Simply upload or capture any trading chart (stocks, forex, or crypto) and get instant AI analysis including pattern detection, support/resistance levels, and trading insights.

How many free analyses do I get?

Free users get 5 analyses total. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited analyses.

Is ChartPro financial advice?

No. ChartPro is for educational purposes only. All analyses are generated by AI and should not be considered financial advice. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions.

What is multi-timeframe analysis?

Multi-timeframe analysis allows you to upload charts from different timeframes (e.g., 1H, 4H, Daily) and get a combined analysis that identifies confluence patterns across timeframes for stronger trading signals.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your trading journal, analysis history, and chat messages are stored locally on your device. Chart images are sent to OpenAI for analysis but are not stored. We collect only anonymous analytics to improve the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Go to your account settings, find Subscriptions, and cancel ChartPro. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've previously purchased Premium, tap "Restore" on the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings > Data & Storage > Clear History to delete all your analyses and journal entries. Since we don't create user accounts, there's no account data stored on our servers.
