Frequently Asked Questions
No! All photo processing happens locally on your device. Your photos never leave your phone. We cannot access, view, or store your photos on any server.
Our AI is quite accurate, but not perfect. We recommend always reviewing AI suggestions before permanently deleting photos. You can adjust sensitivity in Settings to reduce false positives.
Yes! Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID or Google account. Use "Restore Purchases" on new devices. However, local data (keep/trash decisions) is device-specific and doesn't sync between devices.
If you have iCloud Photo Library or Google Photos backup enabled with "sync deletions" turned on, yes - deleted photos will also be removed from the cloud. Always check your cloud backup settings before mass deletions.
This varies greatly by user! The app shows estimated storage savings on the Home screen. On average, users reclaim 2-5GB by removing screenshots, duplicates, and blurry photos.
- Keep: Photos you definitely want to preserve
- Maybe: Photos you're unsure about - review later when you have more time
Both categories are safe - photos won't be deleted unless you explicitly move them to Trash.
Currently, the app works directly with your device's photo library. Your keep/maybe/trash decisions are stored locally. You can manually create albums in your device's Photos app and move photos there.
