1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Canadian Citizenship Test app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

Canadian Citizenship Test is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for the official Canadian citizenship test. The app provides:

• Practice questions and mock tests (20 questions, 30 minutes)
• Study materials based on "Discover Canada"
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features of the app without creating an account. However, some features may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers both free and premium features:

• Free Tier: Limited access to tests, first 2 chapters of learning content
• Premium Subscription: Unlimited access to all features, tests, and content

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to text, questions, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

7. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• The app is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee success in the official test
• Content may not reflect the most current official test questions
• We are not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any government body
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Passing requirement: 75% overall score (15 out of 20 questions correct)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
