Yleistä

Tämä tietosuojaseloste kertoo, miten Kansalaisuuskoe 2027 ("sovellus", "me") käsittelee tietoja, kun käytät sitä. Sovellus on opiskeluväline, joka auttaa valmistautumaan Suomen kansalaisuuskokeeseen. Se on tarkoituksella rakennettu toimimaan mahdollisimman vähillä tiedoilla.

Rekisterinpitäjä

Sovelluksen julkaisee Vishwesh Pratap Singh, itsenäinen sovelluskehittäjä, joka toimii tässä kuvatun käsittelyn osalta EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukaisena rekisterinpitäjänä. Yhteyskanava tietosuoja-asioissa on sähköposti: support@vishwenlabs.com. Jos rekisterinpitäjä myöhemmin vaihtuu, päivitämme tämän selosteen ennen muutosta.

Mitä emme kerää

• Emme vaadi emmekä kerää tiliä, rekisteröitymistä, nimeä tai sähköpostiosoitetta
• Ei pääsyä yhteystietoihisi, kuviisi, kameraan, mikrofoniin tai sijaintiin — sovellus ei koskaan pyydä näitä käyttöoikeuksia
• Ei maksukorttitietoja — maksun käsittelee kokonaan Apple tai Google
• Sovelluksessa ei näytetä sinulle mainoksia
• Ei käyttöanalytiikkaa eikä automaattista kaatumisraportointia
• Emme koskaan myy henkilötietoja emmekä tee profilointia, jolla on oikeusvaikutuksia

Vain laitteellesi tallennettavat tiedot

Seuraavat tiedot tallennetaan paikallisesti laitteellesi, eikä niitä koskaan lähetetä meille:

• Opiskelusi edistyminen: koehistoria, vastaukset, pisteet, tarkkuus, opiskeluputket, XP, taso ja saavutukset
• Tähdittämäsi kysymykset ja avainkohdat sekä luomasi kirjanmerkkikokoelmat
• Sovelluksen asetukset: kieli, teema, ajastin, selitystila, ääneenluku ja muistutusasetukset
• Vapaaehtoinen etunimi, tavoitekoepäivä ja päivittäinen opiskelutavoite, jotka voit antaa käyttöönotossa — ne personoivat sovellusta paikallisesti eivätkä päädy minnekään muualle

Voit poistaa nämä tiedot milloin tahansa kohdassa Profiili → Vaaravyöhyke → Tyhjennä kaikki edistyminen tai poistamalla sovelluksen. Vaihtoehto Nollaa kaikki tyhjentää lisäksi nimesi, koepäiväsi ja opiskeluasetuksesi; voimassa oleva tilaus säilyy.

Vain luvallasi käsiteltävät tiedot (App Tracking Transparency)

Kun käytät sovellusta ensimmäisen kerran, iOS näyttää vakiomuotoisen App Tracking Transparency (ATT) -kysymyksen. Alla oleva palvelu otetaan käyttöön vain, jos sallit seurannan. Jos kieltäydyt, se pysyy poissa käytöstä ja sovellus toimii täsmälleen samalla tavalla.

• Meta (Facebook) SDK — laitteesi mainontatunniste (IDFA) ja muutama sovellustapahtuma: sisällön katselu, kokeilun aloitus ja osto. Näitä käytetään ainoastaan omien mainoskampanjoidemme toimivuuden mittaamiseen. Sovellus ei näytä sinulle mainoksia, emmekä käytä näitä tietoja mihinkään muuhun tarkoitukseen.

Tiedot ovat pseudonyymejä: ne on kytketty satunnaisiin tunnisteisiin, ei nimeesi, emmekä voi niiden perusteella yksinään tunnistaa sinua henkilönä. Voit muuttaa valintaasi milloin tahansa kohdassa iOS-asetukset → Tietosuoja ja suojaus → Seuranta. Androidilla voit nollata tai poistaa mainostunnisteen laitteen asetuksista.

Käyttöanalytiikka ja kaatumisraportointi eivät ole tällä hetkellä käytössä. Sovelluksessa ei ole toiminnassa olevaa analytiikkatyökalua, eikä se lähetä automaattisia kaatumisraportteja. Jos otamme sellaisen myöhemmin käyttöön, päivitämme tämän selosteen ennen kuin se alkaa kerätä mitään.

Ostot ja tilaukset

Vapaaehtoiset Premium-tilaukset myy ja käsittelee Apple App Store -tilisi kautta tai Google Play-tilisi kautta. Emme koskaan näe emmekä tallenna nimeäsi, laskutusosoitettasi tai maksutietojasi. Käytämme RevenueCat-palvelua tilauksen voimassaolon tarkistamiseen: RevenueCat saa satunnaisen, sovelluksen luoman tunnisteen, kaupan kuitin ja tilauksesi tilan. Tämä on välttämätöntä ostamasi palvelun toimittamiseksi.

Ääneenluku

Sovelluksen ääneenluku käyttää laitteesi käyttöjärjestelmän omaa puhesynteesiä, ja luettava teksti on sovelluksen omaa opiskelusisältöä. Emme lähetä tekstiä omille palvelimillemme; käsittelyn hoitaa laitteesi tai sen käyttöjärjestelmän puhepalvelu Applen tai Googlen ehtojen mukaisesti.

Jos lähetät meille sähköpostia

Jos otat yhteyttä osoitteeseen support@vishwenlabs.com, saamme sähköpostiosoitteesi ja viestisi sisällön. Sovelluksen Ehdota ominaisuutta -painike avaa sähköpostiluonnoksen, jossa on valmiina sovelluksen nimi ja versio, laitemalli ja käyttöjärjestelmän versio — ne auttavat vianselvityksessä, ja voit muokata tai poistaa ne ennen lähettämistä. Käytämme viestejä vain vastaamiseen ja säilytämme kirjeenvaihdon vain niin kauan kuin se on tarpeen tuen ja lakisääteisten velvoitteiden kannalta.

Ilmoitukset

Opiskelumuistutukset ovat paikallisia ilmoituksia, jotka ajastetaan ja näytetään kokonaan laitteellasi. Sovellus ei käytä push-ilmoituksia, eikä mitään ilmoitustunnistetta lähetetä palvelimille. Voit poistaa muistutukset käytöstä sovelluksessa tai laitteen asetuksissa milloin tahansa.

Käsittelyn oikeusperusteet (GDPR)

• Suostumus (6 art. 1 kohta a) — mainonnan mittaus; kerätään vain, jos sallit seurannan, ja voit peruuttaa suostumuksen milloin tahansa laitteesi asetuksista.
• Sopimuksen täyttäminen (6 art. 1 kohta b) — käsittely, joka on tarpeen sovelluksen ja tilauksesi toimittamiseksi (Apple, Google, RevenueCat).
• Oikeutettu etu (6 art. 1 kohta f) — lähettämäsi tukisähköpostin käsittely.

Tietojen säilytys

• Laitteellasi — kunnes nollaat tiedot sovelluksessa tai poistat sovelluksen
• Meta — mainostapahtumat Metan omien säilytyskäytäntöjen mukaisesti
• RevenueCat — niin kauan kuin tilauksesi hallinnointi edellyttää
• Tukisähköposti — niin kauan kuin asiasi käsittely edellyttää

Kansainväliset siirrot

Palveluntarjoajamme (Apple, Google, Meta ja RevenueCat) voivat käsitellä tietoja EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella, myös Yhdysvalloissa. Tällöin siirrot on suojattu asianmukaisin suojatoimin: EU:n ja Yhdysvaltojen välisellä Data Privacy Framework -järjestelyllä, kun palveluntarjoaja on sertifioitu, ja/tai EU:n vakiosopimuslausekkein.

Oikeutesi GDPR:n mukaan

Sinulla on oikeus saada pääsy henkilötietoihisi, oikaista ja poistaa ne, saada niistä kopio, rajoittaa tai vastustaa käsittelyä sekä peruuttaa suostumus milloin tahansa (peruutus ei vaikuta sitä edeltäneeseen käsittelyyn). Koska hallussamme olevat tiedot ovat pseudonyymejä, emme välttämättä pysty yhdistämään niitä sinuun — kerromme, jos näin on. Käytä oikeuksiasi lähettämällä sähköpostia osoitteeseen support@vishwenlabs.com. Sinulla on myös oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle — Suomessa tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle (tietosuoja.fi) — tai asuinmaasi EU-viranomaiselle.

Tietojen poistaminen

Poista paikalliset tiedot valitsemalla Profiili → Vaaravyöhyke → Nollaa kaikki ja poistamalla sovellus. Jos haluat poistattaa palveluntarjoajien puolella olevia tietoja (mainostapahtumia tai tilaustietoja), lähetä meille sähköpostia, niin välitämme pyynnön asianomaiselle palveluntarjoajalle.

Lapset

Sovellus on kansalaisuuskokeeseen valmistautuville aikuisille tarkoitettu yhteiskuntatiedon opiskeluväline, eikä sitä ole suunnattu lapsille. Emme tietoisesti kerää henkilötietoja lapsilta. Jos uskot lapsen antaneen meille tietoja, ota yhteyttä, niin poistamme ne.

Muutokset

Voimme päivittää tätä selostetta ajoittain, esimerkiksi sovelluksen tai lainsäädännön muuttuessa. Olennaiset muutokset — esimerkiksi analytiikan käyttöönotto — kerromme sovelluksessa ennen kuin muutos tulee voimaan, ja sivun yläreunan päivämäärä päivittyy.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Kansalaisuuskoe 2027 ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is a study tool that helps you prepare for Finland's citizenship test (kansalaisuuskoe). It was deliberately built to work with as little of your data as possible.

Who is responsible

The App is published by Vishwesh Pratap Singh, an independent app developer, who acts as the "data controller" under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing described here. The channel for privacy matters is email: support@vishwenlabs.com. If the controller changes in future, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

What we do not collect

• No account, registration, name or email address is required or collected by us
• No access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location — the App never requests these permissions
• No payment card details — payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google
• No advertising is shown to you in the App
• No usage analytics and no automatic crash reporting
• We never sell personal data, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal effects

Information stored on your device only

The following is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Your study progress: test history, answers, scores, accuracy, streaks, XP, level and achievements
• Questions and key points you star, and any bookmark collections you create
• App settings: language, theme, timer, explanation mode, read-aloud and reminder preferences
• An optional first name, target exam date and daily study goal you may enter during onboarding — these personalise the App locally and go nowhere else

You can erase this at any time under Profile → Danger Zone → Clear All Progress, or by deleting the App. Reset Everything additionally clears your name, exam date and study preferences; an active subscription is kept.

Data processed only with your permission (App Tracking Transparency)

When you first use the App, iOS shows the standard App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. The service below is enabled only if you allow tracking. If you decline, it stays disabled and the App works exactly the same.

• Meta (Facebook) SDK — your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and a small number of app events: content view, trial start and purchase. These are used solely to measure whether our own advertising campaigns work. The App does not show ads to you, and we do not use this data for any other purpose.

This data is pseudonymous: it is keyed to random identifiers, not to your name, and we cannot use it on its own to identify you as a person. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings.

Usage analytics and crash reporting are not currently enabled. The App contains no active analytics tool and sends no automatic crash reports. If we enable one later, we will update this policy before it starts collecting anything.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your App Store account or by Google through your Play account. We never see or store your name, billing address or payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether a subscription is active: RevenueCat receives a random app-generated identifier, the store receipt and your subscription status. This is necessary to deliver what you purchased.

Read aloud

The App's read-aloud feature uses your device operating system's own speech synthesis, and the text read out is the App's own study content. We do not send that text to any server of ours; the processing is performed by your device or its operating system speech service under Apple's or Google's terms.

If you email us

If you contact support@vishwenlabs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. The App's Request a feature button opens an email draft pre-filled with the app name and version, your device model and OS version — these help us diagnose problems, and you can edit or delete them before sending. We use messages only to answer you, and keep the correspondence no longer than needed for support and legal purposes.

Notifications

Study reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. The App does not use push notifications and no notification token is sent to any server. You can turn reminders off in the App or in your device settings at any time.

Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — advertising measurement, collected only after you allow tracking; you can withdraw consent at any time in your device settings.
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing needed to provide the App and your subscription entitlement (Apple, Google, RevenueCat).
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — handling support email you send us.

Data retention

• On your device — until you reset it in the App or uninstall the App
• Meta — advertising events according to Meta's own retention practices
• RevenueCat — for as long as needed to manage your subscription
• Support email — as long as needed to handle your request

International transfers

Our service providers (Apple, Google, Meta and RevenueCat) may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before). Because the data we hold is pseudonymous, we may not be able to link it to you — where that is the case we will tell you. To exercise any right, email support@vishwenlabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) — or with the authority of your EU country of residence.

Deleting your data

Use Profile → Danger Zone → Reset Everything and uninstall the App to remove local data. To request deletion of provider-side data (advertising events or subscription records), email us and we will pass the request to the relevant provider.

Children

The App is a civics study aid intended for adults preparing for the citizenship test and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party services

For more detail, see the privacy policies of the services we rely on: Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Meta.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the App or the law changes. Material changes — such as enabling analytics — will be announced in the App before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
