This policy covers the AAIA Exam Prep iOS app, published by Vishwen Labs (OPC) Private Limited. It describes what this particular app touches — not what our other apps do. Our company-wide policy is at /legal/privacy.

The short version

  • We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.
  • Your study progress and saved work stay on your device unless you sign in to sync them.
  • We collect the minimum needed to run a purchase, answer a support email, and see what is broken.
  • You can have your data deleted by writing to support@vishwenlabs.com.

What this app accesses

Everything below is requested only when a feature needs it, and iOS asks you first. Declining a permission disables that one feature — it does not lock you out of the app.

Notifications

Study reminders and updates, only if you allow them. You can turn them off in iOS Settings at any time.

Purchases

Handled by Apple, with RevenueCat managing entitlements. We receive a receipt confirming what you bought — never your card details.

What this app does not do

  • It does not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
  • It does not build an advertising profile of you.
  • It does not ask for more permissions than the features you use require — anything not listed above is not requested.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@vishwenlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
