Report a wrong answer
Every question bank is built from the official published material. If a question here disagrees with the source, that is a defect and we want to know — quote the question and, if you can, the source that contradicts it. Send it to support@vishwenlabs.com.
Purchases
Restoring a purchase. Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it on. That covers a new device or a reinstall.
Managing a subscription. iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal and keeps your access until the period ends.
Refunds. Apple issues these, not us — start at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will back your request. Our position is at /legal/refunds.
Your data
This app keeps your progress on your device, so deleting the app removes it. To ask about anything we hold, write to support@vishwenlabs.com.
