By downloading, installing, or using Jump Rope Counter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Jump Rope Counter.

Description of Service

Jump Rope Counter is a fitness application that uses your device's camera and AI-powered pose detection to count jump rope repetitions in real-time. The App provides:

• Real-time jump counting using camera-based pose detection
• Multiple workout modes including Free Jump, Goal, Intervals, and HIIT
• Workout history tracking and statistics
• Optional integration with Apple Health
• Achievement system and streak tracking

Subscription Terms

Jump Rope Counter offers both free features and premium subscription options:

• Free Features: Free Jump mode, Goal mode, Intervals mode, basic statistics, and achievements
• Premium Features: HIIT workout modes, custom workout plans, and advanced features

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

Health Disclaimer

The App is designed for general fitness tracking purposes only. Before starting any exercise program, including jump rope workouts, you should:

• Consult with a qualified healthcare professional
• Ensure you are physically capable of performing the exercises
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Use appropriate equipment and exercise in a safe environment

The calorie calculations and fitness metrics provided are estimates only and may not accurately reflect your actual energy expenditure.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of fitness tracking
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Take responsibility for your own safety during workouts
• Ensure adequate space and lighting when using camera-based features
• Not use the App while operating vehicles or in dangerous situations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code, are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or health issues arising from exercise activities
• Loss of data or workout history
• Inaccuracies in workout metrics or calorie calculations
• Device damage or malfunction
• Interruption of service or app unavailability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
