Frequently asked questions
How do I unlock everything (AIGP Pro)?
Open any locked lesson or the paywall (“See Pro plans”) and choose a plan: Weekly (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers) or Yearly. Prices in your local currency are shown before you confirm. Payment goes through your Apple ID — we never see your payment details.
I reinstalled the app or got a new phone — where is my subscription?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with, then tap Restore Purchases — it is on the paywall and in Settings → Subscription inside the app. Your Pro access comes back immediately; no account or password is involved.
Note that study progress itself is stored only on the device (see the data question below), so a new phone starts with fresh progress unless it was restored from a device backup.
How do I cancel my subscription or trial?
- Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or tap Manage Subscription in the app’s Settings).
- Select AIGP Prep and tap Cancel.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
How do refunds work?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by developers. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com while signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Apple decides refund requests under its own policy — we have no way to issue one directly, but email us if something went wrong and we’ll do our best to help.
What does the free version include?
The daily question, the first lesson of every competency, the complete exam guide, a starter practice set, flashcards, and a 25-question mock preview. Pro unlocks every lesson, the full 1,300+ question bank with per-option explanations, Missed/Weakest/Custom practice modes, and full-length mock exams.
Where is my data stored? How do I delete it?
Entirely on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync; the app works fully offline, contains no analytics or ads, and your study history never leaves the phone. Deleting the app deletes all study data. The only data processed off-device is subscription validation via Apple and RevenueCat — details in the Privacy Policy.
My daily reminder isn’t firing.
Check that notifications are allowed for AIGP Prep in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that the reminder is enabled with the right time in the app’s Settings → Daily reminder. Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can also delay banners.
Is this the official IAPP app? Are these real exam questions?
No. AIGP Prep is an independent study aid — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the IAPP, and AIGP® is a registered trademark of the IAPP. All questions are original material written to the exam’s publicly described Body of Knowledge (v2.1, Feb 2026); the app contains no actual exam content and no guarantee of passing.
